BottleSqaure.com ships to most locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and the U.S. Territories.
Please note that BottleSquare.com does not ship to locations outside the United States.
Return Policy:
BottleSqaure.com stands behind all of the products we sell, and want all our customers to be 100% satisfied.
We offer a 30-day 100% money-back return policy on all site orders.
If there is an issue with your purchase, send it back to us within our 30 day return policy for a full refund.
All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service department.
Orders returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) can lead to refunds being delayed.
Due to us offering free shipping on all of our products we do not cover return shipping in most cases.
If we made a mistake or you received a defective product please contact us and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
All returns must be in the same condition as received with no missing parts or packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
